We usually dispatch IN STOCK items within 2-3 business days, (excluding Fridays and public holidays)

How does the shipping works ?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted third party delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach you’re provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in Separate boxes for each items. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which Natural Curls ships their products?

Natural Curls ships throughout United Arab Emirates. (Even remote Areas!)

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our facility.
Orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the United Arab Emirates.
Natural Curls will process your orders Saturday through Thursday excluding Friday and public holidays.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch IN STOCK items within 2-3 business days, (excluding Fridays and public holidays)
If you are ordering our products from a BACKORDER may be a bit delayed due to out of stock and colors. Our delivery /time period will take 7-14 working days.
Natural Curls hair extensions will process your orders Saturday through Thursday excluding Friday and public holidays.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and holidays. Natural Curls cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Natural Curls control.
We recommend reviewing your order details on the order review page before submitting your order, or in the order confirmation email that is sent to you shortly after your order is placed.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping charges throughout UAE (including remote Areas) – A flat AED 25 charge is applied to all orders below AED 399, while there is free shipping for all orders above AED 399. It may varies time to time.

Processing Time :

Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.

Washing

Before washing, thoroughly brush hair to remove any tangles. Gently hand wash with sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Never rub the ends of the hair together while washing. Repeat as needed, then add conditioner and leave in for 5 minutes. Avoid getting conditioner on the bond of the hair extensions. Be sure to completely rinse away shampoo and conditioner.

Drying
Gently squeeze out the excess water and blot with a cotton towel. Use a large wide tooth comb to detangle and straighten while extensions are damp.

Styling
Laced Hair can be styled using a boar's hair bristle brush( wet brush), Flat iron, or curling iron.
Brush regularly (while brushing, hold base of scalp where the extensions adhere to the natural hair with opposite hand)

For best results, we recommend the following when caring for your extensions:

Use only sulfate-free and paraben-free products
Use spray leave-in-conditioner or moisturizer on extensions to keep from tangling or drying out
Braid extensions before sleeping or bed
Sleep on silk pillow

Water Activities
For all water activities we suggest you do the following to protect your hair:

Get your hair wet before entering an ocean, lake or pool.
We suggest you also comb and braid your hair before entering the water.
Rising immediately after leaving the water.
For an extra measure wash with a clarifying shampoo after water activities.

During vacation and the summer season Laced Hair wants you to rock your long locks. We do want you To please use caution with applying and using sunscreen. Some sun screens, including spray sunscreen have chemicals that can cause discoloration to the hair. We do suggest a vegan or all natural non aerosol sunscreen to prevent discoloration.

Coloring & Toning
We do not suggest dying our extensions, as it can change or alter the integrity of the extensions. If you do choose to dye Laced Hair Extensions, our suggestion would be to use a demi or semi permanent color. If you chose to tone please watch carefully. All coloring done to Laced Hair extensions should be done by a licensed professional. Laced Hair Salon does offer custom coloring for a small charge.

Details
