Exchange and Refund Policy

All our products are ethically sourced and are made from 100% real human hair of premium quality. 

 DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Products once purchased cannot be returned due to hygienic, sanitary reasons unless sold in a defective condition. Exchange of all products, domestically, is valid within 7 days of purchase as long as the product(s) is intact, unused and in their original condition. All Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned. Please carry your Invoice for any exchange.

 

By placing an order with ‘Natural Curls Hair Extensions’ you are agreeing to our Exchange & Refund terms below. 

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our Exchange and Refund methods and procedures and that you get a fully satisfactory experience with us.

A. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 12 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and inspect the issue and make it right.  To return your product, you should contact us by email at Email: sales@naturalcurlsme.com or call us on +971 04 261 2667. 

We will need the hair returned to us to do a thorough inspection and see if the problem is a manufacturing defect.

We will notify you on the return/refund status within 6-7 working days after reception. If and when products found damaged or defective, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of receipt. 

Please note that a refund or return may not be possible if we are not contacted within 12 hours upon reception. If your item is found to be defective (manufacturing defect), a replacement or store credit can also be provided.  We reserve the right to determine the amount of store credit or replacement products.

 

Manufacturing defects DO NOT cover the following:

-Defects from improper application.

-Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, coloring, cutting the wefts, etc) and final sale items.

-Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form.

-Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions.

-Using products not sulfate free. We also do not recommend Olaplex and will not replace any hair if olaplex was used. 

-Color fading

 

If there is a manufacturing defect, the hair extensions in questions must be returned back to ‘Natural Curls’ for inspection within  10 days of receipt. After performing a quality control inspection, we will determine if there is in fact a manufacturing defect and whether a full or partial replacement Product(s) is necessary.   

B. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, or in cases where the wrong item is sent. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at sales@naturalcurlsme.comor call us on +971 04 261 2667. If the color needs exchanged for another color, please contact us within 24 hours after reception.

 

C. CUSTOM ORDERS

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders as the products have been altered and tailored for you specifically.
