Shipping Policy
‘Natural Curls’ shipping policy is applicable to all domestic and international orders.
This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures and that you are happy with our services. By ordering from us, you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are determined by the weight and volume of tag orders at checkout and are subject to any changes/ modifications declared by our shipping service providers.
B.DOMESTIC ORDERS: TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Processing time is 2-3 days only. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1-2 days. Order cut off time will be 1:00 PM.
Production time of custom orders is 2-3 weeks.

C.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Processing time is 4-7 days only. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-5 days. Order cut off time will be 1:00 PM.
Production time of custom orders is 2-3 weeks.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at Email: sales@naturalcurlsme.com or call us +971 04 261 2667
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
